O'Neill Properties Leases 100 Apartments at The Lofts at Valley Forge
Sixty percent of available units leased in four months, meeting demand for luxury living on the Schuylkill riverfront
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.—March 31, 2008—Luxury apartments at The Lofts at Valley Forge are going fast. Sixty percent of available units have been leased since O'Neill Properties put them on the market on Oct. 31. This week saw the signing of the 100th lease, leaving just 71 completed units available for rent. However, those looking for The Lofts' luxury amenities and outdoor recreation still have a chance to lease. O'Neill Properties is adding 217 more units and four more buildings to the 65-acre live, work, and play environment. When complete in August 2008, The Lofts at Valley Forge will comprise 388 units in seven buildings on the banks of the Schuylkill River at the foot of Valley Forge National Park.
"By any measure, The Lofts are outperforming the rental market in the Delaware Valley," says Alan Silverman, Property Manager of The Lofts at Valley Forge. "The reason is simple. No other community in the area offers world-class amenities combined with scenic river views and state-of-the-art facilities right at your front door. The demand proves that people want luxury indoors and out, and here, they'll get it."
The Lofts feature one- and two-bedroom apartments with fresh floor plans and first-class features. Every apartment has nine-foot ceilings, and includes gourmet kitchens with Whirlpool Premium Appliances, custom premium wood cabinets, and granite counter tops with breakfast bar seating. Large windows and private balconies provide dramatic, unobstructed river views. Each unit also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and is pre-wired with Comcast's Triple Play package and Verizon's FIOS (fiber optics service), so residents can choose their phone, Internet, and video service provider.
The Lofts at Valley Forge offers unprecedented access to the region's most coveted attractions, including the 40-mile Schuylkill River Bike Trail, 4,000 acres of national parkland, and a reclaimed Schuylkill Riverfront for water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, and other outdoor recreation. In addition, the property's 5,025 sq.-ft. clubhouse and business center includes a wireless Internet café, custom billiards room, resort-style pool with heated Jacuzzi overlooking the Schuylkill River, and state-of-the-art fitness center outfitted with new Lifestyle cardio and strength training equipment.
"It's no surprise people are flocking to the Lofts," raves resident Leslie Myers. "I've never found such a great combination of urban and rustic living in one community. I can be in Center City for dinner and a show in 20 minutes, or within a minute of walking out my door, I am on the bike path for my morning workout. The endless amenities and modern design make it home."
