The staff at The Lofts is very friendly extremely helpful. I had some of the leasing agents out by the pool for a cook out The gas tank for the grill was out and a member of the sales team actually went and grabbed another tank for me right then! There are really good people here. The pool party with the movie screens and DJ was amazing - I've never had such a good time! All of the events here are a great way to meet new people.

The few times I've had a maintenance problem, the staff jumped on it right away and got it fixed ASAP. They are really professional, and even leave a little note after they're done. Everything here is manicured and maintained well.  It’s always perfect.
